Introduction

Selecting the right person for the job

To be able to select the right people for the right job we follow a three step approach.

1 Your written application on KBTS.com.tr

  • English or Turkish?
  • With or without side letter
  • Experience (seen it, done it, been there)

Including your hourly rate (as contractor) ánd your competences addressed at KBTS.com.tr

 

2 The second step will be, for those who qualify, an assessment based on competences. As soon as we foresee this match we will send you a separate link to this assessment questionary. Executed online by our partner Pera

You will receive a personal assessment report about the, for KBTS, relevant competences related to a position.

This assessment might also include an English written ór spoken test.  And the funny thing is ;)  Pera recognizes any answer generated by AI instead of you. 

 

3 Only when you pass the GetPera test with over average scores you are selected for an Introduction interview.

 

Passing the introduction interview means;

  1. We would love to have you on board as an associate of employee
  2. We will share our Ana Sozeslesme for you to sign
  3. After signing the AS; we / you complete your profile on KBTS.com.tr so we can suggest you to our customers and online

And then..... we start matching you with a job.

Conditions

Our conditions include;

  • Every 2 week payment for associates
  • Competence training. For employees and associates (when on an external assignment)
  • Technical training. For employees and associates (when on an external assignment)
  • English and or Dutch language training for our employees
